On Change of Shenzhen Resource Productivity and its Impact

This paper discusses the theoretical meanings of natural resource productivity and reviews the problem of natural resource value andefficiency in the neo-classical economics. It indicates that the resource productivity is essentially one kind of eco-efficiency concepts beyond the economicefficiency. Based on the Material Flow Analysis, the paper presents an analysis frame constructing the index system of resource productivity and studies thechange and influence of resource productivity in Shenzhen.
