A Study on Four-Component Separation Method for Asphalt Based on Reduced Pressure Column Chromatography

The four-component separation method for asphalt traditional carried is based on the pressurized column chromatography by using a double hammer to supply proper pressure.In this article,reduced pressure column chromatography separation method is used to separate the four components of asphalt.Under this condition,the stable differential pressure is supplied by controlling the pressure of system using vacuum table.This new method overcame the disadvantages of the traditional separation method in imprecision and human-consumption.Moreover,more parallel-group tests also can be carried at the same time.Therefore,it lowered the labor intensity of operator.More important,this method can improve the separation efficiency and comparison,which provided powerful technical guarantee for the realization of repeatability and reproducibility.
