The production practice of the steel-making with minus energy consumption in whole process in the converter plant of Hangzhou Iron&Steel group company

In order to achieve the goal of making steel with minus energy consumption in whole process,this paper analyzes the consumed energy medium and the composition of reclaiming energy of the process of steel-making in Hangzhou IronSteel Group Company,starting with two respects of improving secondary energy recovery and reducing energy consumption,puts forward and carries out main measures of the three aspects of improving the gas recovery of converter,improving steam recycling level and reducing the consumption of steel-making process,and finally realizes the steel-making with minus energy consumption in whole process.
