The effects of ERC on spleen lymphocyte transformation and IL-2 production

The results indicated that ERC 400 mug/mL improved lymphocyte transformation of normal mice, that ERC 400, 200, 100 mug/mL increased the transformed rate of aged mice, and that ERC 400, 200 mug/mL also improved lymphocyte transformation of CY-treated mice. Meanwhile, the results also indicated that ERC 400 mug/mL could enhance IL-2 production of normal mice, and that ERC 400, 200, 100 mug/mL could increased the IL-2 production of aged mice.
