Supply Chain Coordination with Trade Credit Incentive

Supply chain coordination with trade credit when demand is price dependent is studied in this(paper.) In a two level supply chain composed of one supplier and one retailer,the trade credit that can coordinate the supply chain is proposed.The trade credit is then compared to the widely studied quantity discount incentive mechanism,and the limitations of the quantity discount are analyzed.It shows that the trade credit is better than quantity discount in some circumstances.
