In February 2020, the first COVID-19 case was registered in Mexico, by March the government declared the suspension of non-essential labour activities, with this, thousands of workers were forced to interrupt their daily routine, thus affecting the levels of workplace well-being experienced. The research aim was to evaluate workplace well-being experienced by member of organizations facing confinement measures and restrictions during COVID-19 pandemic. Data from 685 workers was gathered using the Psychosocial Well-being Subscale of the General Labor Well-being Questionnaire (Blanch et al., 2010). Results suggest the importance to address the impact of COVID-19 on worker s emotions, since these is considered a risk factor for collaborator s physical health and the organizational productivity.
