The platform and sub-systems as well as the sub-systems are connected through a unified identity authentication mechanism to realize butting and information sharing; and between a manage user and the platform as well as the sub-systems, a two-factor authentication mechanism is adopted to enhance system protection security. The platform adopts electric modem modulation, fiber-to-the-home, category 5 cable and the like multiple scheme network access technology to abut with community network, telecommunication network and a digital television network, so that community home informationalized service is expanded.
