EFFECT OF SHORT INTERVAL SUCCESSIVE PARTIAL HEPATECTOMY(SISPH) ON HEPATOCYTE NUCLEUS AND NUCLEOLUS

Using the short interval successive partial hepatectomy (SISPH) models, we analyzed the effect of the resection time and fashion of SISPH on rat hepatocyte nucleus and nucleoli, and comfirmed that the number of nucleus and nucleoli in haper cells is positive relative with the resection time and fashion of SISPH.
