THE EVALUATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF WINE

This paper uses two group of experts on the wine tasting score results and grape and wine of the physical and chemical indicators,for wine evaluation problem,using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and variance test on liquor judge evaluation results are verified.The test results showed that,two groups of evaluation results there was significant difference between the second groups,the second group evaluation results more reliable.Using principal component analysis,cluster analysis,solves the problem of grading of wine grape.
