Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy of Graphene Integrated in Three-dimensional Nanostructured Plasmonic Silicon Platforms

We integrate graphene with 3D plasmonic laser-nanostructured silicon substrates for SERS and we observe broadband 103 Raman enhancement. FDTD numerical simulations elucidate the advantages of the substrate topography and the flexibility of 2D materials.
