The deformation of workpiece is the primary problem of affecting precision of sheet part in the machining process.High-speed milling can be used to reduce deformation caused by cutting force,cutting heat and cutting vibration.Vacuum adsorption milling clamp can reduce deformation due to uniformly distributed clamping force and can improve machining precision and surface roughness.Based on introducing the configurable design and working principle of milling clamp,the designed points and application of the high-speed milling vacuum absorption clamp for sheet part were expatiated.
