A Study of Study Habits of Senior Secondary School Students in Relation to Location

The purpose of this paper is to find location wise difference between study habits ofsenior secondary Students. The sample of the study was 200 student of Sangrur district of Punjab. Descriptive method of research was used for the study. The results of the study showed that there was a significant location wise difference between study habits of urban students and rural students. Mean score of urban students higher than mean score of rural students is it means there is significant difference between urban students and rural students on study habits. There was no significant location wise difference between study habits of urban girls and rural girl students. Moreover the study showed that there was a significant location wise difference between study habits of urban boys and rural boys in students. Mean score of urban boys is higher than mean score of rural boys students. It means there is a significant difference between urban boys’ students and rural boys’ students on study habits.
