Esthetic And Functional Rehabilitation Of Mutilated Mandibular Premolar With Fractured Endodontic Post: A Case Report

The present case describes the successful removal of the fractured endodontic post and esthetic rehabilitation of a over contoured non esthetic metal crown. Retrieval of the post was done by using ultrasonics, rotary instruments and masserann extractor kit. Root canal was reinforced by fiber reinforced composite and coronal restoration was done with porcelain fused to metal.
