Food safety problem becomes a common occurrence both in developed countries and in developing ones while correlative technologies can't find out and resolve the problem very well.Compared methods of RDE and MAS abroad with that of ELISA and chromatograph and/or MS and biotechnology domestic and offered a proposal for resolving food safety problems in our country.
