Electrical conductor with a solder deposit on a contact portion

In order to solder an electrical conductor with a mating contact, it is known, before the soldering process, a solder deposit (3) to be soldered to attach to the contact portion of the conductor. The invention provides for this purpose before a simple measure. Accordingly, the solder deposit (3) from a group consisting of a solderable material sleeve is formed which clasps the contact portion, it preferably is a sleeve with a longitudinal slot, which is attached to the contact portion in the manner of a Krimpstuckes (4).
