Price is one of the factors that can be controlled, but it is a very sensitive factor that is the most difficult to control as well. It is associated with how much the market could accept the product. It has effects on how much the requirement in the market is and how much the profit is. In order to increase the percentage of the product's possession in the market, many businesses joined the Price War each other. The so-called Price War is a kind of marketing tactics by which the businesses decrease their products' price so as to get their products' possession, provided that the products are of the same quality. In recent years, the Price War has been a common phenomenon in our country's economic life. In a lot of industries there have been Price War on different degrees. Many businesses often get into the Price War unconsciously. This passage slightly analyses the Price War's advantages, impairments and causes, puts forward to the tactics by which businesses could dial with the Price War and studies how the businesses could relieve from it.
