Resistivity measurements during the crystallization of Fe1−xBx (0.125 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.25) glasses
1984
Abstract We report electrical resistivity measurements in Fe 1− x B x amorphous alloys at T = 77 K, 300 K and during the crystallization of the samples. These data allow a determination of the volume fraction of bcc crystals precipitated during the first crystallization step. The results compare well with data available from other techniques and are discussed in the light of a new structural description which postulates the existence of a well defined metallic unit around the metalloid atom.
