An organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

2012
Disclosed herein are an organic light emitting display device having reduced power consumption and improved efficiency and service life, and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display device includes first to third sub-pixels for displaying different colors, each of the subpixels of the first to third sub-pixel comprises a first electrode (102) and a second electrode (104) on a substrate (101), wherein the electrodes facing each other ; an emission layer (110) formed between the first electrode (102) and the second electrode (104); is formed a multi-layer hole transport layer (114) interposed between the first electrode (102) and the emission layer (110) to be in contact with the first electrode (102) and the emission layer (110); and an electron transport layer (116) formed between the second electrode (104) and the emission layer (110), wherein the multi-layer hole transport layer (114) of at least one of the first through third sub-pixels: an at least two-layered first hole transport layer (114a) formed from a perforated host (H) and a p-type dopant (D) with a doping concentration of 1% to 10%; and a second hole transport layer (114b) which is formed from the hole host (H).
