Manufacture Process of a Satellite-borne Active Fixing-board

The satellite-borne fixing-board is a key structural part of the space-borne synthetic aperture radar.Problems of warping and thickness inconsistence easy to occur during the machining and molding process have a great effect on the accuracy of the satellite-borne fixing-board.For the difficult process problem of the satellite-borne fixing-board,the difficult technical points are analyzed in this paper from part process and stick molding.The reasonable manufacture process flow is established and the manufacture process parameters are optimized after comparison of different manufacture molding methods,the process parameters and the modes of clamping and die.As a result,process deform of the part is effectively controlled,the stick molding quality is improved and the molding accuracy of this fixing-board is guaranteed.
