MicroRNA-377-3p inhibits growth and invasion through sponging JAG1 in ovarian cancer

Background Ovarian cancer is the one of the most deadly gynecologic malignancy among cancer related death in women. However, the treatment for ovarian cancer is still limited. In this study, we aimed to explore the inhibition potential of miR-377-3p in ovarian cancer and explore the mechanism of this effect.
