Isolation and Resistance of Lactobacillus from Intestinal Mucosa of Bluntnose Black Bream(Megalobrama amblycephala)

2009
Two strains of Lactobacillus JK-1 and JK-2 were isolated from intestinal mucosa of bluntnose black bream(Megalobrama amblycephala)which showed an effective inhibition to Aeromonas hydrophila.A tolerance test was conducted for cholate,pH,protease, and high temperature.Among the cholate-tolerance test, over 35% of JK-1 and JK-2 survived after culturing for 4 and 0.4% concentration in cholate. And in pH-tolerance test, two strains of lactic acid bacteria survived in both acid and alkaline environment.Trypsin did not affect the their survival. Moreover, they performed certain tolerance to the megatemperature of 70 ℃.
