The invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity tea saponin by using an enzymic method together with a membrane technique. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, crushing tea seed meal by using a ultrafine grinding technique; b, adding water for enzymolysis into a substance in the step a; c, centrifuging the enzymatic hydrolysate obtained in the step b; d, passing the supernate obtained in the step c through an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain crude tea saponin; e, re-adjusting a concentrated solution obtained in the step b to be of weak alkalescence, and further performing concentration treatment by using an ultrafiltration membrane 2, and intermittently adding pure water for dilution in the filtration process; and f, performing spray drying on the concentrated solution obtained in the sep e, thereby obtaining a product. By adopting the method, the process is simple, the scheme is efficient, the product is safe, the tea seed meal resource can be more efficiently utilized, the problems that a conventional process is low in yield, the purity is insufficient and the environment is polluted are solved, and a source of safe and degradable natural surfactant is provided for environment protection.
