Grid-based Automation and Control Agent Model for Value Production of the Extended Enterprise

To identify the function,composition and behavior so that grid-based enterprise can be effectively engineered,the concept of value production units(VPU)was introduced to investigate grid-based enterprise,and its role as dynamic structural elements of value creation and exchange processes was studied.Existence of such structural elements would provide a basis for automation and control strategies in grid-connected enterprise federations.
