Control strategy of video playback in C

Aimed at the problem of the reverse and custom frame playback by common method in C# language,a new method is put forward,which defined a new video file and a playback control file.This method may easily support normal playing,reverse playing,custom playing and playing speed using a control that inherited from PictureBox,and it can use a simple video animation source(the number of frames is less) to achieve a more complex video effects.Experiments show that the playing speed of the method,which is convenient and efficient,is normal and the size of video can be adjusted.So this method applies to almost of projects about video playing.
