Development of Korean Sign Language Message Board System

For communication access of the deaf in public facilities, we developed a Korean Sign Language (KSL) Message Board System for a work place. The developed system is a messenger for the deaf composed of a text-sign interpretation module, communication module, avatar motion control module, and sign avatar module.
