Analysis of Gear Root Stress

AbstrcatWhen gears are meshed, the section of the root is usually the dangerous side. Based on the analysis of root stress, the calculating formula of stress on the root is derived from the two fundamentals of stress and collision. By calculating impulse and deformation quantity, the root stress is studied and the calculation method based on the original empirical formula is changed. Thus, the stability and validity of the data are advanced.
