Study of SEA Indicators System of Urban Green Electricity Power Based on Fuzzy AHP and DPSIR Model

Abstract In order to make the urban green electricity power a scientific, systematic and intuitive evaluation system, this paper briefly introduces the content and significance of green electricity, the research background, guidance significance and considerations of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), the content and relationship between related factors of DPSIR framework model, the construction and correction of fuzzy complementary matrix and fuzzy consistent matrix. This paper applies the DPSIR framework model of Strategic Environmental Assessment to the evaluation of urban green electricity power. Based on applying fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method to determine the weight of each factor, this paper first establishes a more comprehensive and operational indicators evaluation system of urban green electricity power.
