Thermal insulation composite system comprising at least two insulation boards, which are glued together on a stable base (1), and at least one U- or Z-profile (2) of fabric, which is adhered to the abutting edges of the insulating panels, characterized in that as insulation boards are vacuum insulation panels, and in that side of the vacuum insulation panels facing away from the base (1) at least a plaster base plate (5) is provided which is bonded in turn with the vacuum panels and the U or Z profile (2).
