Magnetron sputtering metallization and effects of heat treatment on bonding strength

In this paper, the disadvantages of molybdenum manganese sintering method are analyzed, the glass phase in metallization layer can block the heat diffusion. The authors use the magnetron sputtering coating technology to the ceramic metallization, the test shows that high temperature heat treatment of the ceramic parts is very favorable to improve the strength before metallization.
