Secondary Infection Test of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus

Monochamus alternatus could feed on fresh pine logs and reproduce on them. But,It could not feed on the skined logs and reproduce on them. The skined pine logs could not be infected secondarily by Bursaphelench us xylophilus.
