Pedagogical innovations are transforming education through interaction, experimentation and collaboration, to potentiate the development of student skills with the use of virtual worlds. This paper presents the design and implementation of a virtual environment with Web3D technology, which allows 7-9 years old children to overcome laterality difficulties. In the diagnostic study was determined laterality difficulties presented in the study sample and allowed the narrative structure of comics, avatars design, animations settings, environment effects and activities execution involving laterality indicators.
