The present invention discloses a telecommunication terminal server. The telecommunication terminal server comprises a processor unit and the following modules coupled with the processor unit: a network module and a serial port module; the processor unit is configured to send a control signal according to a state signal of a router and/or a state signal of a switch; a network port connected with a server side is formed on the network module for receiving a network signal; the network signal is output to the serial port module through the processor unit; a port connected to the router and/or the switch are/is arranged on the serial port module for outputting the network signal and the control signal; the state signal of the router and/or the state signal of the switch are/is received through the port of the router and/or the port of the switch. The telecommunication terminal server can perform centralized management on the router or the switch, and can control the working condition of the switch or the router.
