Типичные ошибки при проведении телеконсультаций

Authors on the basis of 253 consultations analysis executed in the multiprofile telemedical centers, undertake attempt of ordering of typical mistakes and defects by their preparation and realization. The basic problems, capable to result in mistakes, are divided into three groups: technical, organizational and substantial. The greatest number of lacks concerns to sections of the diagnosis, the description of the anamnesis of disease, sections of diagnostics and treatment, and also to formulations of questions to the adviser. Special difficulties at development of teleconsultation technologies are caused with preparation of visual applications. For decrease of mistakes by authors offered the form of an electronic extract containing basic sections of the pathology description, and also of the conclusion form of the adviser. Approaches to numbering diagnostic images are considered with use of concrete examples.
