POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE LAZER: PESQUISANDO A TEMÁTICA NO CONTEXTO DE CINCO MESTRADOS LATINO-AMERICANOS *

RESUMO: Este artigo objetiva discutir as politicas publicas e sociais de lazer, verificando se a tematica e pesquisada na Pos-graduacao em Lazer, Recreacion e Tiempo libre na America Latina. A metodologia desta pesquisa qualitativa foi composta por investigacao bibliografica e realizacao de entrevistas com 25 voluntarios vinculados a cinco mestrados desenvolvidos em quatro paises: Brasil, Costa Rica, Equador e Mexico. Todos os entrevistados salientaram a relevância da tematica, mas, ela nao vem sendo estudada na maioria dos mestrados investigados. Destaca-se a importância de aprofundar conhecimentos sobre o tema, reconhecendo o lazer como um campo relevante, mobilizador de intervencoes estatais e integrante das agendas politicas governamentais. Assim, ampliar os estudos e pesquisas sobre as politicas publicas e sociais de lazer e um desafio que se coloca para as cinco propostas formativas estudadas. PUBLIC POLICIES OF LEISURE: RESEARCHING THE ISSUE IN THE CONTEXT OF FIVE LATIN AMERICAN MASTERS ABSTRACT: This article aims to discuss social and public policies of leisure, checking if the topic is researched in five Master Degree realized in Latin America. The methodology of this qualitative research consisted of a bibliographical research and interviews with 25 volunteers from five Postgraduate courses on Leisure developed in four Latin American countries: Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Mexico. All interviewees highlighted the relevance of the theme, but it has not been studied in most courses investigated. It was highlight the importance of to deepen knowledge on the subject, recognizing leisure as a relevant field. Other aspect noted was linked the relevance of leisure forms part of the State intervention and the government policy agendas. So expand the studies and research on social and public policy of leisure is a challenge for the five formative proposals studied.
