Welding fixture of full-automatic resistance welder for circular lithium ion battery

The invention provides a welding fixture of a full-automatic resistance welder for a circular lithium ion battery. The welding fixture comprises an upper mould and a lower mould which are fixed by a locking handle, limit slots are arranged on the inner sides of the upper mould and the lower mould, the thickness of each limit slot is as same as or slightly smaller than that of a nickel strap to be welded, and the shape of the bottom of each limit slot corresponds to that of the nickel strap to be welded. The positions of the nickel strap and a cell are effectively fixed, so that the cell and the nickel strap can be accurately welded by the full-automatic resistance welder, artificial shake in the welding process is avoided, positioning is accurate, and miss welding, welding explosion and the like are prevented. Besides, production efficiency is greatly improved, the rejection rate of cell combination is decreased, production cost is saved, and the welding fixture is attractive in appearance, fine in uniformity and suitable for meeting the requirements of large-scale industrial production.
