The invention relates to an automatic grinding line of inner and outer ferrules of a bearing. The automatic grinding line comprises an inner ring line and an outer ring line, wherein the inner ring line is connected with a full automatic ball bearing inner ring channel grinding machine, a full automatic ball bearing internal grinding machine, a full automatic bore pneumatic outboard detecting machine and a full automatic ball bearing inner ring channel finishing lapping machine; the outer ring line is connected with an outer ring channel grinding machine and an outer ring channel finishing lapping machine; the inner ring line and the outer ring line are connected with a main processor based on an ARM9 (Advanced Reduced Instruction-set Computer Machines 9) inner core; the main processor based on the ARM9 inner core is connected with a peripheral power driving circuit and a sensing signal receiving isolation circuit; and a software platform is integrated in the main processor based on the ARM9 inner core.The line employs an advanced numerical control technology, the full automatic pneumatic on-line detecting device, a changeable fixture technology and an improvement device, has functions of on-line track and detection of a workpiece machining condition, automatic feeding and blanking, and is strong in grinding rigidity, flexible and reliable to operate, high in production efficiency, low in noise and high in machining precision.
