Message from the TC Workshop Chairs - The First International Workshop on Trustworthy Computing

Trustworthy Computing (TC) aims at providing a secure, private, and reliable computing experience in a world where computing has become a necessity in different aspects of life. In spite of being an established area with many years of research, trustworthy computing still plays a key role in the design and operation of computing systems today. New challenges continue to appear due to the ever-changing landscape of computing systems and innovate ways of applying computing technologies in our life. This year we have a total of 13 papers selected to be published in the TC workshop. The selected papers cover both breakthroughs in trustworthy computing system design and novel applications of trustworthy computing in emerging areas such as cloud computing. We want to express our deep gratitude to all of the contributors for their invaluable help that make it possible to organize the first TC workshop.
