Aptamer of glioma stem cells (GSC) and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an aptamer of glioma stem cells (GSC) and a preparation method thereof and relates to a nucleic acid and provides an aptamer of GSC with high specificity and high affinity as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The aptamer of GSC is of a stem-loop structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: designing and synthesizing a single-stranded DNA random oligonucleotide bank; screening out the target oligonucleotide sequence; and identifying the specificity and affinity of combination with target cells through a flow analysis method. The screened aptamer has small molecular weight and good permeability, is nontoxic and economical and easy to synthesize and mark, can specifically identify GSC and does not have a function of identifying other cell lines.
