Respostas a aplicação de concentrações de prohexadione cálcio em amora-preta (Rubus spp.) cv. Tupy

2020
The objective of this work was to evaluate the effects of the application of different prohexadione calcium concentrations on the extension of the harvest period and on the physicochemical attributes of blackberry fruits of the cultivar Tupy. The treatments consisted of four concentrations of prohexadione calcium (PCa) (100; 200; 400; 800 mg.L-1), as well as a control treatment without application. Were evaluated: days after application (DAP), average fruit mass, soluble solids, titratable acidity and color: luminosity (L *), hue angle (oHue), chromaticity (C *). The PCa extends the harvest period of blackberry fruits due to the increase of applied concentrations, high doses of PCa decrease the average fruit mass and increase the soluble solids content. As for the color parameters, the fruits tend to red (oHue), with increased of luminosity (L *) and color intensity (C *) values.
