Study of native Pine megagametophyte cells by new low vacuum scanning electron microscope VEGA TS 5136

Cross sections through the megagametophyte were prepared from uncoated and extirpated Pinus sylvestris embryo. Globoids of protein bodies and spherosomes were studied by means of low of a low vacuum SEM equipped with BSE detector providing secondary electron imaging under low vacuum conditions.
