Multi-stage MHT with airborne and ground sensors

2018
This paper describes recent advances to the distributed multiple-hypothesis tracking paradigm for multi-sensor air surveillance with airborne and ground sensors. Specific MHT advances include robust approaches to Doppler exploitation, effective fusion of active/passive and cooperative/non-cooperative sensor data, latency mitigation, and enhanced computational efficiency. We assess our multi-stage MHT over a range of sensor qualities and processing architectures. 12
