Study on Simulation for Simulation System of Ammunition Road Transportation Based on Fuzzy Adaptive PID Control

It is firstly established the database of multi-point vibration signal inside carriage when ammunition is carried by military transportation vehicle in different road conditions, as input signal of simulation system. The design of a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is done, which finds a solution to re-set the PID parameters for wear and aging of equipment, and then hydraulic servo system of simulation system of ammunition road transportation is modeled by using simulation software AMESim, compared the effects of fuzzy adaptive PID controller and PID controller by using AMESim / Simulink co-simulation. Simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller has better adaptive ability for nonlinear time-varying system, through self-adjustment parameter to obtain better control effect.
