Research on College Students' Cognitive Level over PE and Exercise Behavior in Jilin Province

A survey on the college students' cognitive level over PE,their exercise behavior and the objective factors was conducted in 5 universities of Jilin Province by using the methods of questionnaire investigation and interviews.The result indicates that in Jilin province the college students' cognitive level over PE is slightly lower than the medium.The reason is that the students took less time in physical exercise with less frequency and intensity.But the objective reasons are atmosphere in the school,the limitation of the location,equipment and facilities.Based on which this paper gives some suggestions for the improvement.
