Time-resolved spectroscopy of luminescence in wide gap Si Doped β-Ga 2 O 3
2016
Time-resolved spectroscopy has been investigated in single-crystals of Si-doped β-Ga 2 O 3 at room temperature, particularly focused on the Si-doping effects on the photoluminescence due to donor-accepter recombination. The blue photoluminescence exhibits rather slow decay, as compared to the UV one. Implication of the results will be discussed.
