EFFECT OF THE POLYSACCHARIDE COMPLEX OF AMELANCHIER VULGARIS ON MORPHOPHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF LABORATORY RATS

2015
Experimental facts of this article show, that the soluble polysaccharide complex of Amelanchier Medic (Amelanchier vulgaris) induces erythropoesis by increasing the level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in blood of experimental rats and changes the level of lymphocytes, leucocytes and monocytes. The following changes occur in blood of the experimental animals: increase in the level of iron and iron-binding properties of serum as well as a change in the level of protein fractions. Polysaccharide of Amelanchier Medic (Amelanchier vulgaris) causes increase in the mass of spleen and decrease in the mass of thymus increases of physical activity of experimental animals.
