Expression system, integration vector and cell transformed by integration vector

PURPOSE: To obtain an expression system comprising each sequence of a promoter, a secretion signal, a propeptide, a matured microbial asparticprotease and a terminator and usable for extracellular production of the microbial asparticprotease. CONSTITUTION: The objective expression system capable of allowing a microbial asparticprotease to be expressed and effectively carrying out extracellular secretion is obtained by constructing an integration vector comprising a plasmid obtained by incorporating a promoter system of glucoamylase of filamentous fungus Aspergillus foetidus SE4, a secretion signal sequence of microbial asparticprotease of the Aspergillus foetidus SE4, a propeptide sequence of the microbial asparticprotease of the Aspergillus foetidus SE4, a matured sequence of the microbial asparticprotease of the Aspergillus foetidus SE4, and a terminator sequence of glucoamylase of the Aspergillus foetidus SE4, and introducing the obtained vector to a host such as filamentous fungus strain to transform the bacterium strain.
