This document contains actions aimed at the design of a quality management plan for the mission processes of the La Esperanza de Amaly Foundation, aligned with the provisions of NTC 6001 and with a risk management approach, in accordance with the guidelines established in NTC-ISO-31000 Risk management, principles and guidelines, and NTC-IEC / ISO 31010 - Risk management, risk assessment techniques; Together with the theoretical application of one of the principles of Deming, the PDCA cycle. The purpose of the project is to orientate the activities carried out by the foundation towards quality management to guarantee the fulfillment of the mission objective with effectiveness, as well as to ensure its sustainability based on the integrality, competitiveness and durability within the normative framework of the ICBF, Through an organizational strategy aimed at continuous improvement, which strengthens trust and social legitimacy, through high standards of quality in each of the processes that must be consistent with its mission objective, and which in turn leads to a public interest that is reflected in the obtaining of financial resources from private and donor sectors, thus leading to sustainability and durability over time.
