Study of Construction Cost Overrun Causes - Review

Construction cost overrun has become a common problem in building construction projects.  This is a review paper which reviews international literatures regarding construction cost overrun and studies the methods carried out by researchers to obtain cost overrun causes.  Cost overrun is a phenomenon that leads to dispute between parties after completion of any project.  This can be avoided after knowing exact reasons of cost overrun in that location. After studying international literatures about construction cost overrun it is found that causes of cost overrun can be avoided by understanding the reasons and taking precautions to avoid cost overrun worldwide.  This review paper is useful to study and analyze these causes of cost overrun collectively that increases budget of any construction project all over world . ed on spread spectrum techniques, which is very useful us.
