The Relevancy of Co-Curricular Activities on Graduates Employability: Evidence from a Graduate Unemployment Duration Model

This paper studies the effect of participation in curricular activities on graduates employability. Using a sample of 500 college graduates in 2010, the present study employs a Cox Proportional Hazard Model in order to estimate the unemployment duration of the graduates. The study finds that the effect of cocurricular activities is insignificant on graduate
