A Study on Building Energy-Saving Effect Increasing with Minimal Cost

The features of green building can increase energy efficiency, enhance the efficiency of resource and material, maintain diversity of species, reduce emission of pollutant, and reduce environmental loading advantages. Although the intention of green building is good, but to be in full compliance with indicator developed today, and goes through inspection before receiving the mark to qualify for green building range limit; This study, therefore, can have significant energy-saving effect in the case of the same original design by changing only building material and color. Practice can take advantage quickly and easily of simple change to achieve a more sustainable, healthy and safe living quality. This study, furthermore, hopes to create economic value and promote sustainable development goals. Finally, this study further allows to enhance Taiwan have sustainable qualities of architectural attention.
